1 Acceptance of shoie33 Terms & Conditions

Welcome to shoie33. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "Member") and shoie33 ("Platform", "We", "Company"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the shoie33.net website, mobile application, and all related services provided by shoie33.

By accessing, registering, logging in to, or using any part of the shoie33 platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the shoie33 Privacy Policy. 2 Registration Eligibility

To register and use the shoie33 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Hold a valid Malaysian MyKad or passport
• Not appear on the gambling exclusion list of any regulatory body
• Not hold any other shoie33 account that is currently active or was previously closed due to a violation
• Have valid internet access and suitable equipment to access the platform

Shoie33 reserves the right to request document verification at any time to ensure player eligibility is met. Failure to submit the requested documents within 72 hours may result in temporary account suspension.

3 shoie33 Player Account

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) shoie33 account only. Registering multiple accounts using the same or different name, email address, phone number, banking details, or IP address is strictly forbidden. shoie33 reserves the right to deploy advanced detection technology to identify duplicate accounts.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keep your shoie33 account username and password confidential
• All activity that takes place within your account, whether carried out by you or by any other party
• Ensure that your account information remains accurate and up to date
• Notify shoie33 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account

Shoie33 shall not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

4 Deposit & Payment Methods

Shoie33 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods:

All deposits must be made from a bank account or eWallet registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may result in funds being held pending investigation. shoie33 does not charge any additional fees on deposits; however, individual payment providers may impose their own charges.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your shoie33 account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction
• The maximum daily withdrawal for a standard account is RM 50,000
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or eWallet registered under the same name as the shoie33 account
• Withdrawal limits for VIP members differ — refer to the VIP Rewards section for full details
• Withdrawals to eWallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay) are processed within 5–15 minutes
• Withdrawals to bank accounts via DuitNow or FPX are processed within 30 minutes–2 hours on business days

Shoie33 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals for security review, identity verification, or regulatory compliance purposes. In such cases, our team will contact you via your registered email or WhatsApp to request any additional information required.

6 Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards

Shoie33 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the wagering (rollover) requirements specified for each promotion. The general bonus terms are as follows:

• Each bonus carries its own rollover requirement as stated in the respective promotion's terms.
• The welcome bonus requires a minimum 5x rollover before any withdrawal is permitted
• Bonuses may not be used simultaneously unless otherwise stated

7 Game Rules

• All games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited
• All game results are final and may not be disputed once a round has concluded.
• Shoie33 reserves the right to void any bets placed as a result of technical errors or incorrect odds being displayed
• In the event of an internet disconnection during gameplay, the outcome will be determined based on shoie33's server data

For Sports Betting and football, including the Malaysia Super League and EPL, all bets placed before an event begins are valid. Live betting is subject to availability and odds at the time of the match.

8 Acceptable Player Conduct

Shoie33 players are expected to engage with the platform and fellow players in a respectful and responsible manner. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party technology to play or place bets
• Communicating using offensive language, threats, or harassment toward other players or shoie33 staff
• Sharing your account with another player or allowing someone else to use your account
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including the use of stolen credit cards or false identities
• Attempting to exploit technical bugs in the system for unauthorised gain
• Spreading false information about shoie33 on social media platforms or public forums

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and civil or criminal legal action where applicable.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Shoie33 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Registration by individuals under 18 years of age
• Multiple account registration
• Instructions from competent authorities
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting the shoie33 support team. For accounts closed at the player's own request, any valid remaining balance will be refunded within 3–5 business days upon completion of the required identity verification.

10 shoie33 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, shoie33 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control
• Losses arising from unauthorised third-party access to your account
• Inaccuracies in information provided by third-party data suppliers
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information displayed on the platform

Shoie33's maximum total liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11 Responsible Gaming
